in this post we’re going to show you how to buy SOURCE.
Source is being traded on various exchanges. You can find it on Ubeswap, Uniswap, Sushiswap, Pancakeswap, Matcha and Gate.io. The best exchange to suit your needs depends on your preferred means of payment. Each exchange offers a variety of different trading pairs you can use to buy SOURCE.
How to Buy SOURCE with Credit Card
If you don’t hold any crypto assets, and want to buy SOURCE using credit card, follow these simple steps:
First we’ll need to make sure that we have the Metamask wallet extension installed. If you need help in setting up Metamask, let us know on Discord and we’ll walk you through it.
Now we need to buy Celo which we’ll then swap for SOURCE on Ubeswap.
You can buy Celo directly with Credit Card on multiple exchanges. If you already have an account with Coinbase, Binance or Moonpay, simply log in and purchase the desired amount of Celo.
Otherwise, for the sake of simplicity, we recommend buying Celo directly on Metamask, using the built-in Transakt service.
As the first step, make sure that your Metamask is connected to Celo mainnet. If you can’t find Celo mainnet on the drop-down menu, let us know on Discord and we’ll walk you through it.
Now, simply click “Buy”, then “Continue to Transak”, and follow the instructions on the screen.
Enter the desired amount and payment currency, and make sure that the target asset is set to “Celo”.
Hit “Buy Now”, then “Buy Celo” and follow the instructions on the screen.
You’ll have to enter and verify your email address, provide proof of identity and have your picture taken by the app for KYC purposes
Shortly after submitting all required information, you should receive an email notification stating that your account has been approved. Be sure not to close the browser tab while waiting for the confirmation.
Now that your identity has been verified, hit “order now”, and follow the instructions on the screen.
After entering your card details and confirming, you’ll find your freshly bought Celo on Metamask. This may take a few moments.
In the meantime, navigate to app.ubeswap.org and connect your wallet. If you’re asked to switch networks to “Celo mainnet”, approve, and confirm on metamask.
Now hit “swap” on the top menu. Then select Celo in the upper drop-down menu, and SOURCE in the lower one. Enter the desired amount. You can hit “MAX” on Celo if you want to convert all of it into SOURCE.
Now click “Swap”, “Confirm”, and “Confirm” again on Metamask.
That’s it! You’re a proud owner of SOURCE tokens, and officially a member of the ReSource community. Congrats!
